Smith Bernal's Transcripts Direct is a single judgment on-line service. Covering judgments from the Court of Appeal, Civil and Criminal Divisions and the High Court, Transcripts Direct provides a list of all judgments heard and approved since April 1996 in the Court of Appeal, and selected High Court judgments from July 1998 (High Court) (comprising any judgments which have been transcribed by Smith Bernal). Cases are listed by name, in date order. Simply choose the judgment that you need!

To order a case you need to fill in an online order form and you will receive your case via e-mail, usually within 2 hours, and/or via DX/Royal Mail as requested.

Please note that judgments are available from Transcripts Direct as soon as the transcript has been approved by the judge and entered into Smith Bernal's database.
